Turkey, Ham or Hummus Sandwiches/Wrap
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Turkey, Ham or Hummus with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles. mayo and mustard.
INGREDIENTS
Bread (your choice: sliced bread, rolls, or wraps)
Protein (turkey, ham, or hummus)
Cheese slices
Lettuce (washed and dried)
Tomato slices
Pickles
Mayonnaise
Mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the Bread: Lay out two slices of bread (or a roll split in half).
Spread mayonnaise on one slice and mustard on the other.
Layer the Protein: For turkey or ham: Add 2–3 slices of meat to the bread.
For hummus: Spread a generous layer of hummus evenly on one slice of bread.
Add Cheese: Place one or two slices of your preferred cheese on top of the turkey, ham, or hummus.
Layer the Vegetables: Add a leaf of lettuce on top of the cheese.
Place 1–2 slices of tomato on top of the lettuce.
Add pickles for extra flavor.
Assemble the Sandwich: Place the second slice of bread (with mayo or mustard) on top.
Slice and Serve: Cut the sandwich in half, if desired, and serve immediately.
Pro Tips:
Add salt and pepper to the tomato slices for extra flavor.
Toast the bread lightly for added texture.
Wrap tightly if making the sandwich ahead of time to keep it fresh.
