Pancake Mix

7 Cups

Create this DIY pancake mix, a bulk of the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Can store for up to 6 months. One cup of this mix will make 6 pancakes when you mix it with the wet ingredients (Milk, Eggs, Vanilla and Butter)

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cups (940 g) all-purpose flour

  • 1/3 cup (77 g) granulated sugar

  • 3 tablespoons baking powder

  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt


Other kinds of flours: try substituting whole wheat pastry flour or half spelt and half all purpose.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together.

  • Transfer mix to an airtight container.

  • Don't forget to label it, like I have done before. 


Mix stores for up to 6 months.
