Bean Soup

Bean soup is a hearty and nutritious dish made with a variety of beans, accompanied by vegetables and seasoned with herbs and spices. It's a comforting and filling meal, perfect for warming up on a chilly day.
INGREDIENTS
1 onion - chopped
1 green pepper - chopped
1 tsp garlic - minced
2 1/2 cups vegeetable broth
1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 ounce can garbanzo beans, do not drain
1 (15 ounce can red beans, do not drain
1 (15 ounce can whole kernal corn, do not drain
1 (15 ounce can vegetarian refried beans
1/2 tsp cumin powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all ingredients in a 12-inch Dutch oven or large pot and simmer about 30 mintues or until onion and green peppers are cooked.
If using a Dutch Oven - use 16 coals on edge of lid, 8 coal in checkerboard pattern on the bottom.
