INGREDIENTS


  • 1 onion - chopped

  • 1 green pepper - chopped 

  • 1 tsp garlic - minced

  • 2 1/2 cups vegeetable broth

  • 1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes

  • 1 (15 ounce can garbanzo beans, do not drain

  • 1 (15 ounce can red beans, do not drain

  • 1 (15 ounce can whole kernal corn, do not drain

  • 1 (15 ounce can vegetarian refried beans

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

Beans - Kidney

Beans - Refried

Bell pepper

Broth - Vegetable

Corn - Whole Kernel (canned)

Cumin

Garlic

Onion

Tomatoes - Stewed

INSTRUCTIONS



Put all ingredients in a 12-inch Dutch oven or large pot and simmer about 30 mintues or until onion and green peppers are cooked. 


If using a Dutch Oven - use 16 coals on edge of lid, 8 coal in checkerboard pattern on the bottom.
